- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Have good ability in upgrading, installation and maintenance of hardware, software, network skill.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues computer systems (Laptop, Printer, Scanner, CCTV, Projector, LAN, WIFI).
- Having IT security knowledge is a plus.
- Highly responsible with good initiative and self-motivated.
